We gave Lilly a basic outline of the types of things we hoped to see along with some general budget guidance, and she took care of everything. Amazing.
I don’t know how they do it, but their price was also much better than some of the other operators we requested quotes from.
There were even some issues with reservations (not their fault it seemed) and they took care of everything super quickly and even upgraded some of our future accommodations for the “inconvenience”.

I made a simple enquiry, next thing I knew I had a fully costed proposed programme with recommendations of things I should try. Lilly, was patient, knowledgeable, quick, polite and informative. I almost felt as if she was as excited as I was about the experience I was about to get.
Arriving at the airport the knowledge that the car hire company are fully prepped to expect you and are used to dealing with this companies clients is a huge confidence boost – formalities are over with in a few minutes. On arrival at the first hotel you get a comprehensive pack of vouchers with helpful advice, maps, emergency numbers, local Sim Card etc. And then you are free to make your own way around frankly the most beautiful country I have ever experienced.
Africa can be difficult, even if it is always rewarding. Namibia has been made much easier by Lilly. Make her your first call – you may well find it is the only call you need to make!!

My travel consultant was Lily. It started with a brief phone call (UK to Namibia !) and Lily suggested I detail my needs in an e mail so she could review and respond. Lily was outstanding. She was quite simply one of the best travel consultants I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She worked quickly and efficiently on all our requests. More importantly she was pro active rather than just reactive… a rare quality.. We had a brilliant trip – we will certainly use them when we are next visiting Namibia.

Lilly is outstanding. When our flight out of Johannesburg to Windhoek was cancelled she helped us determine what to do around potentially rearranging the tour schedule, with good cheer and humour. The help was invaluable. The recommended self drive schedules are excellent and first hand knowledge of Namibia is invaluable to setup a holiday for success, certainly from the wonderful time we experienced. The car was perfect for Namibian conditions, including ensuring we had 100% cover, which we needed, after crunching the vehicle’s running board on a massive boulder.
Our tour (Southern Namibia) was spectacular. We were there for scenery and photography. It didn’t disappoint. What a spectacular country. The food at most places we stayed was outstanding. Desert Quiver camp, in particular, is very highly recommended. Accommodations are wonderful throughout the trip. Thank you Cardboard Box for arranging our trip and helping us have a wonderful time.T
